Production Administrator (Nights)

An excellent opportunity to join our Production team as a Production Administrator

What’s it all about?

The core focus of this role is the effective management of Factory material supply, usage & stock control systems to include –

  • Supporting the Factory Management Team with investigations into MUV variances
  • Check and maintain accuracy of Factory systems dealing with any errors/queries
  • Manage & maintain high levels of stock accuracy, investigating and reporting discrepancies
  • Liaising & co-ordination of material flow to/from our distributor, investigating errors and dealing with priorities
  • Collate information required for daily/weekly KPI reviews with the Factory Management Team
  • Review batch traceability to ensure full traceability for every production run
  • Identify and implement key improvement relation to material movements/stock control

Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for closing production works orders & investigating any discrepancies/variances
  • Manage bulk deliveries intake/receipt. Complete intake checks/release bulk flake bins
  • Cycle count material stock on a regular basis to ensure accurate stock information is maintained
  • Co-ordinate material returns to our distributor to manage overall site stock within acceptable limits
  • Escalate potential variances/stock issues/material availability issues to the Factory Management Team
  • Manage/maintain factory scanners, programming & sending for repair as required
  • Maintain a high level of integrity around access to Company information/data.
